Description
- Maintain and organize project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper version control and tracking of documents.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all documentation meets company standards.
- Facilitate the distribution and retrieval of documents as needed.
- Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in document management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work options.
