Description

  • Oversee operational activities across various retail and distribution sites within assigned region for ISERVE 360 CORP, a leader in Consumer Products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manage staff, and drive sales targets.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage budgets, and implement strategic plans.
  • Build strong team environments and provide training to enhance performance.
  • Analyze market trends to position our products effectively against competitors.
  • Regular reporting to senior management on area performance.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. With own motorcycle and updated driver's license.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations within the assigned area, manage and support staff, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and achieve operational targets.
  • Working Conditions: Position may include a combination of office work and field supervision. Flexibility to travel and adapt to various working environments is required.
  • Qualities and Traits: A proactive, driven individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
