The Cutter will be responsible for accurately cutting materials according to specifications and production requirements. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and materials to determine cutting requirements.
• Operate cutting machines and tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure and mark materials for cutting, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Inspect finished cuts for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting cutting equipment as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Cutter or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.
• Familiarity with various cutting tools and machinery.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.

 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
