Description
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Procure parts and maintain inventory for electrical supplies.
- Offer insights for electrical project cost estimation and planning.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures of Geoharbour Construction Philippines Inc. within the Construction & Engineering industry.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Possession of at least a Diploma degree in Electrical Technology or related field. Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II required.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reading electrical diagrams, use of electrical tools, adhering to safety protocols, troubleshooting electrical issues, and knowledge of local electrical codes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, conduct safety inspections, ensure compliance with codes, and document all operations.
- Working Conditions: Job may involve indoor and outdoor work, potential exposure to hazards, and a requirement to perform physical activities such as lifting and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, effective communicator, critical thinker, and a proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
