• Customs Documentation and Compliance
• Prepare and process import and export documentation in accordance with customs regulations, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete to avoid delays or penalties.
• Analyse and study all customs memos, orders, rules, and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Coordination with Authorities
• Liaise with customs authorities to resolve any issues or queries related to import/export shipments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customs inspections and audits.
• Analyses and studies all customs memos, orders, rules, and regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents to customs and other regulatory agencies.
• Represent clients to the Bureau of Customs and other related government agencies, as required.

- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Customs Administration or logistics or supply chain related field

- Proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding

- Professional written and verbal English communication skills

- Highly knowledgeable on Customs processes and laws

- Proficiency in computer and other productivity tools

- Excellent negotiation skills and keen to details
