Description

Analyze customer issues and/or concern and communication with the customer updates and/or resolution.
Provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly reports on incidents and as required. (Rotational shift).
Work closely with Client related issues, answer calls and support clients for all concerns and requests.
Monitor all running system/applications, including client applications when possible and report/react to abnormal or unusual observations.
Maintain positive and proactive relationships with customers.
Escalate the next level customer issues and/or concern if warranted and appropriate.
Willing to do shift rotation and extended work time when needed.

Requirement

Knowledgeable in (MS Office, Excel) and Familiarity with the use of customer service system is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong Analytical, Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong character and should be able to handle disappointments, frustrations and adjust accordingly.
Should be stable and able to commit and fulfill the commitment no matter what.
Familiarity in Financial Technology industry is a plus.
