Description

A Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality assistance to clients by resolving inquiries, issues, and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. This role involves troubleshooting product or service-related problems, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring their satisfaction. The specialist also documents and tracks customer interactions, collaborates with internal teams to find solutions, and escalates complex cases when necessary. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels

 

Work Setup:

  • Onsite
  • Day Shift or Graveyard Shift
  • Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to ₱27,000 package
  • 10% night differential
  • ₱2,000 non-taxable allowance
  • Life insurance
  • HMO coverage

Requirements

  • High school or Senior High School graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • College graduates with or without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule
