Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Familiarize and promote company products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering service.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School degree is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Amenable to work with shifting & graveyard schedules.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, adaptable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
