Description

1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat, email

and phone.

2. Assist customers in registering, managing accounts and solving technical problems.

3. Handle complaints, process refunds and resolve issues related to bonuses, promotions and withdrawals

4. Monitor customer activities and report any suspicious behaviour to relevant departments.

5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.

6. Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. University diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is preferred.

2. Candidates with customer service experience are preferred, preferably in the online gaming or gambling industry.

3. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino (or other relevant languages).

4. Ability to handle multiple client inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Familiarity with online gambling platforms, bonuses and wagering requirements is a plus.

7. Flexible shift work, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
