Job Overview

We are a social and dating platform serving users across North America. This role involves contacting existing users through different communication channels, addressing their questions and needs, and recommending premium membership upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing users through chat, phone, and other available channels
• Understand users’ needs and respond to their questions
• Help users resolve account, service, and membership-related issues
• Introduce premium membership benefits
• Recommend suitable membership upgrades
• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally
• Maintain clear and accurate communication records

Candidate Requirements

• At least one customer service position lasting 16 continuous months or longer
• The qualifying customer service position must include phone-based customer support
• Approximately 18 months or more of continuous phone customer service experience is preferred
• Strong spoken and written English
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with English-speaking users
• Able to build trust and handle customer concerns through both online conversations and phone calls
• Able to work during U.S. time-zone hours
• Must hold a valid passport
• Must be willing to travel to China for approximately two weeks of training if required

Preferred Experience

• Customer service experience supporting North American users
• Online sales or upselling experience
• Experience selling subscription memberships, premium services, digital products, or similar recurring products
• Experience with social media platforms, online communities, dating platforms, or matchmaking services
• Experience with VIDA Select or another North American dating or matchmaking company
