Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with banking, financial services, or insurance-related inquiries while providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
• Assist customers with account-related concerns, transactions, and service requests.
• Provide information regarding banking products, financial services, policies, and insurance coverage.
• Assist with billing, payments, account updates, and other financial service concerns.
• Verify customer information and follow appropriate security and authentication procedures.
• Research and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
• Explain financial products, services, fees, and policies in a clear and professional manner.
• Handle sensitive customer information while strictly following data privacy and security procedures.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate department.
• Meet established customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Atleast High School Graduate ( Old Curriculum ) / Senior High School Graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented and professional.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite, depending on the assigned account.
