• C1 English proficiency

• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account, you will assist customers with their inquiries, orders, product concerns, account information, and other retail-related issues. You will provide accurate solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Assist customers with orders, products, payments, and account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
