Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and friendly manner via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the issue, and offering appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years of college/undergraduate studies, or holds a vocational/associate degree.
  • At least 1 year of BPO/CSR voice experience (international/local).
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
  • Work schedule: Day/Mid Shift.
  • 1-year fixed-term contract.
  • All recruitment/interview processes are conducted virtually.
