Description

Foster customer relations by initiating calls, emails, or other contacts with consumers.

Sell related shoreside products and services to customers through outbound telephone sales activities.

Use the web and other lead and inquiry sources to generate sales and grow lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • At least SHS graduate.
  • Preferably with 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a contact center/BPO industry.
  • Handled LOBs such as but not limited to Financial, Customer Service, Sales, Telco, Travel, Hotel Reservation, etc.
  • Open for all fresh graduates and career shifters.
  • Good to Excellent English communication Skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite and GY shift within the metro.
