Description

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and empathy.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions in a comprehensive manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve better company results.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:Minimum of High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level:No experience required; training provided for entry-level candidates.
  • Skills and Competencies:Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.
  • Sales pitching and closure proficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and people skills.
  • Experience in a call centre environment is a plus.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
