Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with exceptional customer care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in our CRM systems comprehensively and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with our HR and Recruitment divisions to ensure client requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to help Artech Technology Inc. continually improve its services.
  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, adept in using customer service software, and capable of handling customer inquiries effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer queries, manage customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide professional customer support.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with a possibility of remote work, must be willing to work in shifts as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, attentive to detail, with a positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
