  • Responsibilities include addressing a variety of customer service issues such as general inquiries, billing disputes, credit, collections, and retention.
  • The role ensures efficient and timely responses to both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to departmental compliance standards.

Requirement

  • Fresh Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree Holder without BPO Experience
  • Senior High School Graduate or college undergrad (minimum of 2 yrs undergrad) with minimum 6 months BPO international experience in 1 company
  • Work Onsite at BGC, Taguig
  • Can Work on a Shifting Schedule
