Customer Communication: Efficiently handle inbound requests and outbound outreach via phone, chat, email, and social media.
Dispute & Issue Resolution: Fix customer problems on the spot, including tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving payment issues.
Data & Account Upkeep: Log every interaction details, open new customer accounts, and update billing details in the CRM.
Product Knowledge: Keep up to speed on all company products and guidelines to provide reliable support.
Smart Escalations: Spot complex cases early and route them to supervisors or technical support when needed.
