Description
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented mindset
- Qualities and Traits:Patience, empathy, and ability to work in a team
- Responsibilities and Duties:Adept at handling difficult customers and de-escalating situations
- Working Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
