Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure enforcement and Monitors Compliance with the AP Cargo’s Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, thru Quality Control Inspections, Audits, Spot Checks (Nationwide/System wide)
• Ensure compliance with the applicable Local Government Units Requirement and Republic Acts e.g. OHSA, Environmental, Anti-Drugs, Fire Safety, DENR/LLDA, DOLE. SSS, PHILHEALTH, SEC, DTI, PAG-IBIG. And applicable International Standards, CAB, IATA
• Handle Incident investigations, Anomaly, Illegal & unlawful acts
• Manage the Security Management – Security protocols implementation, CCTV operations
• Monitors the Safety Management including contract review and endorsement
• Conduct Case Admin Hearing & issuance endorsement for Sanctions of Violations Committed on handled cases
• Review, handle Incident Reports submitted for case handling, and issuance of APIR for improvements
• Handle Court Case Filing in collaboration with Company Legal Counsel
• Review/Conduct Security Threat Assessment for Main Corp Office, Branch, and other properties
• Coordination with Local Government Units on Background Checks/Investigation
• Submit Applicable Periodic Reports to the Board Of Directors
• Conduct Immersion for New Employees – for Supervisors/Leaders
• Monitoring of Divisions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Review of cases requested for assistance by Claims Section

• As Pollution Control Inspector
• Conduct PMS for staff and Evaluations
• Conduct Service Provider Accreditation
• Administrative Functions - Review and endorsement of Security Provider DTRs., Approve Personnel Movements, OTs/Leaves, monitor Compliance VIZMIN Staff

• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
• Prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position.
• Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations.
• Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
