Description
The Parking Cashier is responsible for collecting parking fees, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate cash handling while providing courteous customer service to parkers.
Responsibilities
- Collect parking fees and issue official receipts or tickets
- Operate parking systems, ticketing machines, and POS terminals
- Monitor entry and exit transactions to ensure accuracy
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports
- Assist customers with parking inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with parking attendants and security personnel
- Report system issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier booth
