  • A customer service representative (CSR) interacts with customers to help them, answer questions, and resolve issues. They may work through a variety of channels, such as phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Here are some responsibilities of a customer service representative:
  • Answer questions: Listen to customers' concerns and questions and provide answers
  • Provide information: Offer information about products and services
  • Take orders: Process orders, calculate charges, and handle billing or payments
  • Review accounts: Review customer accounts and make changes if needed
  • Handle complaints: Manage complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Record interactions: Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Refer customers: Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees
  • Generate leads: Generate sales leads that can develop into new customers
  • Recommend products: Recommend products or services to management by analyzing customer needs
  • Prepare reports: Prepare product or service reports by analyzing customer information

  • Requirements

    At least Sr / High School Graduate

    With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
