Position: Night Shift Call Center Agents (Fluent English Speakers)

Location: Ortigas Center Manila, Philippines

Salary: PHP 23,500 Monthly Basic (37k Monthly OTE)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level; no previous experience required but is advantageous.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent command of the English language, proficient in customer service, adept in problem-solving, strong work ethic, basics of account management, team player, sales skills including pitching and closing, and exceptional people skills.
  • Availability to work night shifts.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, provide product and service information, manage customer accounts, and process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, requires shift work including nights and weekends, and prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, resilience to stressful situations, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
