Description
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
- Follow communication scripts and handle various issues adeptly.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required, entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service abilities, demonstrated strong work ethic, adept in problem-solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries and issues, document interactions, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with expected full-time hours; may include some weekend or evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: A positive attitude, patience, reliability, effective communication skills, and a team player mindset are crucial.
