Description

  • Promote and sell training and consulting services to new and existing clients, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the training and consulting team to identify potential training needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Create and maintain accurate and complete customer records, including contact information, sales history, and account details.
  • Collects, analyzes, and reports market and customer information using KYC form to develop effective sales plans.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their training and consulting needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote training and consulting services.
  • Work with the training and consulting team to customize training and consulting solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the value of the training and consulting services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Create and deliver effective telemarketing scripts to generate interest and build rapport with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales preferably B2B
