Description
- May conduct on site company presentation, on site meetings and site inspection if necessary.
- Understands the design and requirements of the clients.
- Attends online meetings regularly to support and document discussions.
- Prepare and review Design and Material Take-off provided by Trade.
- Support to monitor on-going projects passed on to the Account Managers.
- Create reports for the tasks assigned to him/her.
- Submit these reports to his/ her superior.
- Coordinates with internal teams for design requirements and cost reviews.
- Keeping files and folder in orderly manner.
- Process accreditation required by clients.
- Raises service request forms.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Willing to do menial tasks such as printing, filing, etc.
Requirements
- College Degree (preferably in the field of Design/Engineering/Architecture)
- Open for fresh grad
- Strong executive presence
- Communication skill is a must
- A sound knowledge on construction market or industry e.g. demographics, key players, opportunities, etc.
- Willingness to travel
- Work location: Makati
