Description

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages following 727 COFFEE AND CO. recipes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, forging positive relationships with regular patrons.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
  • Stock and display food and beverages in an appealing manner.
  • Educate customers about our menu, company values, and coffee culture.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in any field. Hospitality-related coursework is a plus.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques, excellent communication skills, basic math, and computer skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks, maintain a clean workstation, manage inventory, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Passion for coffee, attentive to detail, team player, reliable, and able to handle busy periods with composure.
