Position Overview: The Associate Lawyer will represent clients in court cases, prepare legal documents and provide various legal services to the Firm’s clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts and legal opinions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, conference and negotiations within and outside Metro Manila.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and respond to clients’ legal queries.
• Interact with judicial, quasi-judicial and government offices.
• Offer clients legal counsel and assistance on a range of matters.
• Oversee case files and make sure cases are progressed efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement legal strategies.

• Must be a member of the Philippine bar.
• Must be willing to practice in all fields of law, with emphasis on civil and criminal litigation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience is preferred, but not required.
