Description

  • Assistant Restaurant Manager III oversees daily store operations, supervises staff, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals. They should have prior supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.

    • Requirements

    • A graduate of four four-year courses, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any business-related course
    • Possesses very satisfactory customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
    • Exhibits strong leadership qualities
    • Willing to relocate and work with a flexible schedule and has the passion to work in a restaurant set-up
    • With at least 2 years of experience in a national brand food establishment
    • Willing to train for four months in Naga City
    • Most importantly, exudes a happy disposition.
