• Manage the day-to-day operations of projects
• Work as a conduit between the client, upper management, and operations team
• Forecast requirements; prepare annual budgets; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate with the different departments for the support/requirements needed by the team to be highly productive
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the team
• Submit reports needed by the management and the clients

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Mass Communications, or related courses
• Experience in test rating in a BPO setup (Preferred)
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
