Description

  • Strategy and Policy- Fulfilling the role and, in that capacity, providing input for the formulation of the services policy and strategy and translating this in concrete terms to her colleagues.
  • Management and Operational Control- Managing, continuously evaluating, and if necessary, solving problems and adjusting the facility service work activities in accordance with the contracts at customer locations in the designated region, with the aim of complying with the established SLAs, of guaranteeing continuity of services, and of achieving the preset turnover objectives.
  • Advising and supporting operational employees in the performance of their tasks and organising regular coordination meetings.
  • Realtionship with Customer Management and External Suppliers- Developing, maintaining, and further expanding of relationships at an operational level with designated customers in the country and actively looking for opportunities for generating additional work in order to meet their present and future expectations and any changes to the market.
  • Visits to customers in accordance with a smart route schedule.
  • Management - Ensuring management, supervision, development, coaching, and motivation of the frontline employees.
  • Ensuring continuous monitoring of employee satisfaction at the customer locations by the Location Managers.
  • Responsible for supervision of operational employees who are absent for up to one week and ensuring a careful transfer to the absenteeism coach after one week.
  • Business Optimization- Identifying opportunities to implement operational process improvements in terms of efficiency, quality, and customer and employee satisfaction levels and optimising the operational structure of facility work processes at customer locations, with the aim of safeguarding the quality and continuity of the services being provided.
  • Market and customer knowledge and expertise- Continuously monitoring developments in the country and the customer organisations and actively sharing knowledge and expertise with relevant parties in his/her own organisation and those of customers.
  • Equipment and Supplies- Maintaining stocks of equipment and supplies at the relevant locations and ensuring that orders are placed in good time and correctly, that deliveries are similarly received, and invoicing in relation thereto.
  • Contract Administration and Reporting - Ensuring accurate and up-to-date Service Agreement Contract.
  • Reporting regularly to the Managing Director/Country Manager on the basis of preset reporting guidelines (Trading Review) with regard to the results achieved and developments in relation to the designated customers.
  • Health, Safety and Environment- Verifying and monitoring matters relating to sustainability and HSE in the customer organizations, in line with the HSE policy of CCS PH, with the aim of attaining national and international HSE objectives.
  • Others - To undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the Country Manager & the company in achieveing its business objectives.

Requirements

  • College graduate of any 4-year course.
  • More than Three (3) years of operations/facilities services experience.
  • Must demonstrate proven leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to effectively communicate with team and Senior Management.
  • Ability to resolve problems under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to execute the needs of the business.
  • Shows good judgement in seeking authority where required.
  • Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
  • Ability to provide rational input in negotiations.
  • Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.
  • Ability to utilize available resources effectively.
