• Food Preparation
• Cooking: Help cook meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and ensure that the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assisting Cook: Work closely with the main cook to prepare dishes during service, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
• Safety Compliance: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Help with the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Rate: 665/day + OT if needed

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (6AM-3PM/7AM-4PM/8AM-5PM)

• Education: High school diploma or ALS certificate
• Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting for at least 6 months
• Skills: Basic cooking skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
