The following are the job responsibilities of the Admin And Accounting Assistant needed for Rebel Bakehouse Maginhawa;

• Managing office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.
• Handling procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating contracts.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Receiving and inspecting incoming stocks and verifying quantities and specifications against purchase orders.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Providing support to the accounting department in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Accounting
