Rebel Bakehouse’s journey did not start with professional bakers; rather, the owners held various professions, including doctor, salesman, and logistics operator. In 2020, during a time when the world was paused, they established their cloud bakery in Baguio City, specializing in made-to-order pastries that were personally delivered to friends and family several times a week. Although they lacked formal baking experience, they were undeterred in their pursuit. This venture represented a bold decision, as some of them chose to leave their established careers to master the art of creating exceptional laminated pastries. The cafe serves coffee and non coffee drinks, as well as artisan pastries and small portion meals.
