Description

Responsibilities of the Pastry Baker would be the following;

  • In-charge of the production of pastries / baked goods.
  • Follow established recipes and procedures for making croissants.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including work surfaces and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking ingredients. (eg. Dough, chocolates, perishable good, dry and grocery items etc.)
  • Place orders for supplies to ensure a continuous production flow.
  • Contribute ideas for new flavors, fillings, or variations of croissants.
  • Ensure that each batch of croissants meets the established standards for taste, texture, and appearance.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience with the skills provided above
