Description

  • Managing documentation for government-owned lease properties and concessions, processing payment of real property tax annually, including recording meeting minutes, handling financial transactions, and monitoring project progress.
  • Networking with industry associations, conducting real estate market research, and addressing client inquiries are also key responsibilities.
  • Compliance with government regulations and participation in meetings with the Board of Directors are essential duties as well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or similar.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practises.
  • Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
