1. Preparation of voucher for expenses using system.
2. Double-checking of receiving report for accounts payable.
3. Filing of accounting documents in respective folders.
4. Preparation of payment projection.
5. Preparation of company payroll
6. Time card checking daily.
7. Bank deposits and bank transactions if needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS for Accounting Staff
College graduate with a formal degree on Accounting or Business AdministraƟon (or similar)
With at least 3 years work experience related to Accounting Staff work
With good mastery of MicrosoŌ Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Mobile Applications, and other programs or applications related to business communicaƟon
WORK SCHEDULE and PAY
Monday to Friday work days
9:00 am to 5:00 pm work hours
P 24,000.00 gross monthly salary
