With at least 3 years work experience related to Accounting Staff work
With good mastery of MicrosoŌ Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Mobile Applications, and other programs or
applications related to business communicaƟon
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of voucher for expenses using system.
2. Double-checking of receiving report for accounts payable.
3. Filing of accounƟng documents in respective folders.
4. Preparation of payment projection.
5. Preparation of company payroll
6. Time card checking daily.
7. Bank deposits and bank transacƟons if needed.
WORK SCHEDULE and PAY
Monday to Friday work days
9:00 am to 5:00 pm work hours
P 20,000 - 24,000.00 gross monthly salary
