Description
- Performing reconciliation and bookkeeping of Sales financial transactions. Including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data and sales collections.
- Perform bank reconciliation of Luzon's projects collections and posting in the accounting system.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies, and coordination with relevant departments
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to date.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use.
- Prepares the inter-company billing preparations related to collections.
- Assist in Interim and Year End Audit
- Other tasks assigned from time to to time
Requirements
- Strong math, typing and computer skills especially with bookkeeping software and advanced excel skills
- 1-2 years experience as an Accounting Associate
- Bachelor's/College Degree - BS Accountancy is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
