• Bookkeeping and recording of company transactions for purchases includes checking, sorting, and analyzing the completeness of documents attached (SI, OR, DR, etc.) and the accuracy of entries on the vouchers.
• Responsible for the consolidation of monthly expanded withholding tax and value-added tax
• Writing and maintaining books of accounts up-to-date for purchases and transactions
• Responsible for consolidating and encoding the summary list of purchases (SLP) for alphalist submission to the BIR
• Responsible to provide 2307 before releasing the payment.
• Responsible for safekeeping the book of accounts and vouchers for purchases
• Assist in recording the disbursement voucher if deemed necessary.

· Working knowledge of basic accounting principle and practices

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to work under pressure

· Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
