Description

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Audit background and knowledge handling subsidiary accounts is a plus
  • Accurately prepares and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Respond to client or vendor inquiries as required
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in record retention requirements

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably 2-3 years' work experience specializing in General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Computer Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounting Software an advantage
  • Organized and with very good attention to details
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
