Reconciling sales transaction: Clibase vs bank statement; Clibase vs. Merchants' Statements (Gcash, Classpass, Parlon, Metrodeal) and other merchant as assigned.
Rental Monitoring & Issuing BIR 2307 to all lessors
In-charged in applying BDO Terminal, Gcash, Paymaya merchant
Coordination with Merchants
Maintaining and organising data vault
Xero - Sales Invoicing
Budget request (email to hubdocs)
Monthly SLSP - summary of monthly receipts
Monthly PS Remit - merchants
Other tasks as assigned

Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses may be required.
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
