  • Resolving issues and basic troubleshooting technical problems

  • Provide assistance for deposits & withdrawals
  • Handle certain transactions
  • Providing proactive customer outreach

Requirements

  • College Graduate or College level
  • Ability to write and present reports
  • With experience in online gaming is an advantage
  • Willing to working shifting schedule
