Description
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Resolving issues and basic troubleshooting technical problems
- Manage customers' accounts
- Provide assistance for deposits & withdrawals
- Handle certain transactions
- Providing proactive customer outreach
Requirements
- College Graduate or College level
- Ability to write and present reports
- With experience in online gaming is an advantage
- Willing to working shifting schedule
