Description

  • Process online orders from Facebook, Viber and phone/email
  • Perform basic customer service functions, such as responding to inquiries and after-sales.
  • Manage order delivery timeliness; and process payments
  • Communicate shipments, and/or return/refund

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience as an online store staff, ecommerce experience, or similar role
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Facebook/Viber
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong branch or Quezon City – main office
