We are looking for a Healthcare Client Support Specialist to join our healthcare account. In this role, you will assist customers with their healthcare-related concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while following established processes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through the assigned communication channel.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding healthcare-related services and account concerns.
• Assist customers with requests, account-related questions, and appropriate service options.
• Listen actively to customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company policies, account procedures, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Meet established performance, productivity, quality, and attendance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years of college, regardless of course.
• At least 6 months of work experience; BPO experience is not required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and able to handle different types of customer concerns professionally.
• Willing to learn healthcare-related processes, systems, and terminology.
• Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems or applications.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be willing to work onsite, depending on the assigned work arrangement.

Compensation & Benefits

Upon Hire

• ₱18,000 Basic Salary
• ₱2,000 Account Premium
• ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
• 20% Night Differential
