JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customer inquiries
• Listen actively and identify the customer's needs
• Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed
