Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Teleperformance’s Retail Customer Service Account, you will assist international customers through voice interactions. You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while providing professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate assistance.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while following company policies and procedures.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English.

Document customer interactions and update customer information when necessary.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.

BPO experience is not required.

High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.

Excellent English communication skills.

Willing to work onsite.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Willing to work in Vertis North, Quezon City.
