Position Overview

Are you a fresh graduate looking to jumpstart your career in the BPO industry?

As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will receive 100% paid training to support customers of a global financial services brand. You will assist clients with their everyday banking needs, credit card inquiries, and basic account management while delivering helpful and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Answer inbound calls regarding account balances, recent transactions, card activations, and billing inquiries.
• Account Security: Follow standard verification steps to ensure caller identity and safeguard customer financial data.
• Problem Solving: Assist customers with basic account troubleshooting, payment posting inquiries, or online portal login issues.
• Accurate Logging: Document customer interactions, requests, and updates in the client system.
• Quality & Performance: Meet basic daily goals for quality scores, handle time, and customer satisfaction after completing training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Open to Fresh Graduates of any 2-year or 4-year degree course, or Senior High School Graduates (K-12).
• Experience: No BPO experience required! Prior experience in student organizations, internships, retail, food service, or cash handling is a bonus.
• Communication Skills: Good basic-to-conversational English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, comfortable using internet browsers, and a typing speed of at least 25–30 WPM.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, patient, and adaptable to shifting schedules, night shifts, and working on weekends/holidays.
