Position: Customer Service Executive (CSR Agent)

Position Overview

We are looking for

Customer Service Executives to provide support, answer customer inquiries, and

resolve concerns professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Preferably graduates of medical-allied courses

• At least 3rd-year college level may be considered

• Non-medical allied graduates are also welcome

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat

• Provide accurate information and assistance

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Document customer interactions and maintain records

• Escalate complex issues when necessary

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week

• Rotating shifts (Morning, Mid, or Graveyard)

• May be required to work on weekends

• Rest days may fall on weekdays
