Call Center Agent | 30K Monthly Salary Package + HMO on Day 1

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist clients via phone, email, and live chat. In this role, you will clarify product details, troubleshoot service problems, and make sure every customer feels valued. The right candidate will possess strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and proficiency in basic computer use.

Main Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone calls regarding account details, product information, and order updates.

Explain company policies, service offerings, and account options clearly to clients.

Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm, professional manner.

Resolve concerns promptly, aiming to fix issues on the initial contact.

Maintain clean and accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
